Welcome to Cardionica. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Cardionica mobile application and related services (together, the "Service") provided by Cardionica Health Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Cardionica is a mobile application designed to provide personalized recommendations for nutrition, physical activity, and lifestyle for people with hypertension. The App allows users to:

  • Receive personalized meal plans
  • Track their progress and blood pressure readings
  • Get reminders for meals, medications, and physical activity
  • Receive information and recommendations for a healthy lifestyle

Our Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only and does not replace professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1. Registration Requirements

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Register an account by providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the Service to send, knowingly receive, upload, or use any material that does not comply with our content standards

  • We do not guarantee that our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

  • Our liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for use of the Service during the last 12 months, or €100 if you haven't paid us anything.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cardionica Health Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our Service, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by deleting your account.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
